She is survived by: her brother Robert Watson (Debbie); her children, Angela Clouse (David), Candice Arnett (Jeff), Ryan Riggs (Dasha), Kalee Arnett (Austin) and Kelcie Shiflet (Cavin); and her grandchildren, Kadence Owens (Rusty), Addisyn, McKinzie, Ella, Remi, Olivia, Rowen, Riggs, Ruby, Winnie, Gigi, Rue, Arlo and Finn.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations can be made in memory of Cyndy Riggs to Hospice of the Valley.
