With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Allen Ostrowski of Mesa, Arizona, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 19, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Edward Ostrowski; his grandparents, Jacob, Esther Ostrowski, Peter and Mary Shroda; and his sister-in-law Lori Ostrowski.
He is survived by: his mother Carol Shroda; his stepfather Harold Kluck of Stevens Point; his siblings, Anita Lehman (Ken) and Duane Ostrowski; his stepsiblings, Jessie Wruck (Ray) and Dale Kluck (Beki); and his aunts and uncles, Allen Ostrowski (DeAnna), Patrick Ostrowski, Rita Rady, Ann Ortner, Shirley Worzalla (Erni), Robert Shroda (Jane) and Lori Shroda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
