He is survived by: his wife Linda Cook; his siblings, Carla Norris, Diana Hebert and Paul Cook; his children, Jeff Cook (Heather), Tara Cluff (Don), Jared Cook (Arleen), Cory Cook (Mistie), Ryan Cook (Klara), Ami Bethea (Sean) and Kyle Cook; and his stepchildren, Traci Ellsworth (Wyatt), Marlo Adams (Mike), Sommer Cooley and Whitney Gordon (Robert). He is also survived by 38 grandchildren.
