He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Hoffman and Hobert Scott; his wife Ann; his son Kraig; and his grandson Nathaniel.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Bobbie Scott), Terry (Barbara Scott) and Erik Scott of Apache Junction, AZ; and his brother-in-law Gene Leslie of North Carolina. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Large Chapel. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery (7900 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85207). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM.
Dane wished in lieu of flowers, gifts are to be made to Aviant Health Care.
