He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Shada and Loris Shada (Bingold). He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Shada (Esther) of Nixa, Bob Shada of Fort Wayne, Jeff Shada (Catherine) of New Richland and Marilyn Barsky (Shada) of Owatonna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
