He is survived by: his children, Richard Ricardo Childs, Sr., Delberta Childs and Delbert Childs, Jr.; his stepchildren, Michael Zospah, Michelle Zospah, Wynita Zospah, Wylita Zospah and Leo Paul Zospah; his brother Gilbert Childs; and his godchildren, Amanda Gilson and Garrett Cody Childs. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended friends.
