He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Ellsworth and Yvonne Ellsworth; and his siblings, Duane Obershaw and Ilene Louise. He is survived by: his sisters, Iris Shumway, Jolene Williams and Ronda Richardson; Dennis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
