She was predeceased by: her parents, Lamar Perkins and Ruthe Perkins; her daughter Elisabeth Faith Chesley Ketron; her brother Norman Perkins; and her husband Bill Chesley Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Gary Perkins (Kathy Perkins) and Karen Shill (Perkins). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
