She was predeceased by: her parents, Isabel Wilson (Couch) of Haviland and Guy Disease; her sister Geraldine Yock; her son Jay Simmons; and also Jay.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Simmons; her daughter Jan; her sisters, Vada Quick of Hutchinson and Joan Hayse of Greensburg; her children, Dale Adams, Jill Lord, Jeff Simmons, Steve Simmons, Jamie and Bill Adolph; and her grandchildren, Karey, Todd, Adam, Desirea, Sean, Courtney and Kirk. She is also survived by Eight Great Grandchildren and One Great- Great Grandchild.
Memorials can be sent in lieu of flowers to Kiowa County Senior Center and Haviland Methodist Church.
