He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wellington B. Richins and Edith Winifred Richins; his sisters, Cleone Magnusson (Bernard), Evelyn Herbert (George) and Irma Harris (Russell); his wife Belva Camille Cox; and his children, Lisa Jones (Gary), LuAnn Pulver (Craig), Don Richins (Laura Jo), Steve Richins (Tina), Mike Richins, Kristen Birch (Doug), Shelley Nevin (Todd) and Kevin Richins (Andi). He was also cherished by 28 grandchildren, and 31 great grandchildren.
