It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Freeburg of Mesa, Arizona, born in Spencer, Iowa, who passed away on June 14, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Freeburg and Bernice Freeburg; and his siblings, JoAnne Ball (Neil) and Saint Freeburg (Gail). He is survived by: his wife Geordy; his children, Hilary Freeburg-Hesse (Jeremy) of Coppell, TX and Dominic Freeburg (Piya) of Mesa, AZ; his grandchildren, Addison and Tatum Hesse; and his siblings, Janice Cannon (John), Connie Groff (Roger), Ronald and Ken "Butch". He is also survived by other relatives; and many friends.
He passed at age 78 on June 14, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones after a battle with Parkinson's disease.
