He is survived by: his children, Judy Harper, Jerry Worthington, Scott Worthington (Carolyn), Michael Worthington of Arizona, Paula Dean (Jim) and Debbie Weis (Don) of Batavia, NY.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
