He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Ray. He is survived by: his mother Arlene Ray; his wife Karen Gallo; his children, Zachary Ray Allison (Suzana) and Lyndsy Barton (Michael); and his brothers, Clifford (Janet Ray), Andrew (Stephanie Ray) and Adam Ray. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
