She was predeceased by: her father Irving Joseph Chamberlain; and her husband George J. Lockwood. She is survived by: her mother Rhea Alice Rea Chamberlain; her children, Audrey (Kittredge Cherry), Cary (Carole), Noah (Kristin) of Phoenix and Jason (Steven Bloom) of Cairns; and her grandchildren, Zoe (Anthony Garza) of Phoenix, Paige (Austin Guerrero) of Phoenix and Zachary Lockwood (Samantha) of Phoenix.
Memorial donations may be made to the St. Joseph Symphony in St. Joseph, Missouri.
