He was predeceased by : his parents, Minnie Smith (Starr) and Allen Smith; his wife Camille (Horak); and his stepson Peter. He is survived by : his children, Paul (Charity) of Mesa Arizona, Philip (Laurie) of Plymouth Indiana and Pamela; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Connor and Jackie.
