He was predeceased by: his wife Myra L. Moir; his parents, William R Moir and Gerda J Moir of Lyndhurst; and his brothers, Alan R and Ian G Moir.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Ransom-Emerick (Morris) of Mesa and Tammy Wallace (Alec) of Colorado; his grandchildren, Chance Reddick-Alday (Melissa), Samantha Reddick-Darroch (Jake) and William Wallace; and his great grandchild Anthony Alday.
