It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fred John Augustin Jr. in Mesa, Arizona, who passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred J. Augustin Sr. and Jessie E. Augustin; his wife Carole Ann Lines; his son Gary R. (Diane); and his pet Maddie.
He is survived by: his children, Chris F. (Hilda), Laurie E. Milliron (Doug), Linda E. Louden (Mitch) and Kurt J. (Jody). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the LDS Chapel (1911 N 24th St, Mesa, AZ 85213). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Mesa Cemetery (1212 N Center St, Mesa, AZ 85201).
