He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Couch and Pearl Couch (Leasure); his siblings, Dennis, Larry (Bev), Janet Cuthrell (Les) and Judy Yates; his father-in-law Arthur Harris; and his daughter-in-law Gayle Couch.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy of Mesa, AZ; his son Thomas; his mother-in-law Lila Johnson (Harris); his sister Terri Craig (Scott); his grandchildren, Neil Vickers, Drew Vickers (Alysha), Derek Vickers and Amanda Leppala (Sam); his siblings-in-law, Les Cuthrell and Bev Couch; and his son Chicago St (Cheryl) of Elwood, IL.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Forsythe Gould Funeral Home (507 S State St, Manhattan, IL 60442). A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
