He is survived by: his wife Debra Marshall; his daughters, Jennifer Silverman (Ben) of Queen Creek, AZ and Stephanie Marshall of Phoenix, AZ; his stepsons, Christopher Klootwyk (Nichole) of Scottsdale, AZ and Andrew Klootwyk (Kimberly) of Redwood City, CA; his grandchildren, Jason, Brayden Silverman, Nathan, Kevin, Justin Klootwyk, Joshua, Rio and Sofia Klootwyk; his sister Lynette Belew (Scooter) of Chandler, AZ; and his nephews, Christopher Adams and Michael Adams (Celeste).
