He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Koedam and Gertie Koedam (Van Ginkel); his son Kevin; his son-in-law Michael Moore; and his siblings, Alyda, Everett and William.
He is survived by: his wife Carol (Van Ravenswaay); his children, Alvis Koedam (Kathy) of Verona, WI, Deb Tolander of Ankeny, IA, Brad Koedam of Papillion, NE, Keith Koedam (Cass) of Papillion, NE, Lesa Griffith (Herb) of Mentor, OH and Julie Moore (David Kane) of Philadelphia, PA.; his grandchildren, Andrea Vogt (David), Jill Zimpel (Nick), Alex Koedam, Abbey Maxwell (Chad), Adam Tolander (Veronica), Austin Tolander (Anna), Jennifer Koedam, Savannah Archambault (Derek) and Jed Griffith (Megan); and his sisters-in-law, Trudy Koedam, Shirley Van Ravenswaay, Alma Warren (Charles), Sandra Van Ravenswaay, Rena Van Voorst and Mary Zuschlag (Ed). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
