He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregory A. Chormann and Laura Reyes; and his grandmother Carolyn A. Chormann. He is survived by: his girlfriend Renee Sanders; his grandchild Vaughn; his son Vaughn G. Chormann of Apache Junction, AZ; his grandfather Richard Chormann of Empire, MI; his aunt Cindy Chormann Hann of Oakton, VA; his uncle Jim Chormann of Glen Arbor, MI; and his cousins, Christina Goodbrand (Chormann), Matthew Chormann, Kimberly Warner (Hann), Connor Hann and Caitlyn Hann.
The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be sent to Phoenix Children's Hospital-Children's Heart Center, a pediatric unit that saved his son's life in 2009-2010, and to which Greg was incredibly indebted to and passionate about for the last decade.
