He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Kussmann and Ann Kussmann (Rebschlaeger). He is survived by: his wife Monica Kussmann (Fisher); his sons, Benjamin and Marcus; his brother Wallace Kussmann (Nancy) of Milwaukee; and his family, Monica, Benjamin and Marcus.
