He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman August Scholz and Therese Scholz; and his grandson Marcus. He is survived by: his sons, Marc (Kyra Scholz) and Alan (Lynn Scholz); his grandchildren, Arielle, Lisa, Elisha, Amber, Chans, Autum, Solana, Savannah, Gracie, Brynlee, Kaitlyn, Huntley, Brantlee and Michael; and his wife Helene "Frenchy".
