We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2022, at the age of 80, Jack Mentz of Mesa, Arizona, born in Oak Park, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Debbie Mentz; his daughters, Sharon Davids (Jason) and Lisa Elcock (Ron); his grandchildren, Kevan, Trevor, Jaida Elcock, Rhiannon and Grant Davids; his great grandchildren, Keelon and Cruz Elcock; his siblings, Julie, Jim and Jerry; and his parents, John Mentz and Jerree Mentz.
