He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Britton and Jacquelyn Britton (Hoffman); and his brother Ben Britton. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Jo Hunter (BJ) of Hot Springs, SD and Tim; his sister-in-law Mary Britton of Colorado Springs, CO; his siblings' children, Lee Hunter, Lona Meredith and Emma Britton; and his aunts and uncles, Norm, Betty Martin, Donna, Steve and Trish. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Memorials may be given to Chadron Medical Clinic Scholarship Fund.
