He is survived by: his wife Karen (Butts) of Mesa, AZ; his daughter Kimberlee; his grandsons, Michael Staley (Joni) of Mackinaw, IL, Colby Taylor (Kristen) of Olathe, KS and Bryce Taylor (Brooke) of Overland Park, KS.; and his great grandchild Autum Rose Staley of Mackinaw, IL..
