It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R Balmer (Mesa, Arizona), born in Hershey, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 29, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Joanne; and his parents, Paul Balmer and Teresa Balmer. He is survived by: his wife Lori; his daughters, Lindsay (Kevin) and Kelly; his grandchildren, Brandon and Brody; his sister Patricia Frazee (David); and also, Kenneth and Michael Balmer.
