He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bartholomew Rafferty and Barbara Rafferty; his wife Vicki of Mesa, AZ; his children, Ashley Reynolds (Joshua) of Phoenix, AZ and Tyler Rafferty (Jessica) of Freeport, IL; his grandchildren, Barrett and Piper Rafferty; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Gifford (Rachel) and Jeffrey Gifford (Glenda).
A memorial fund will be set up to be distributed to the shelter in Mesa where we adopted Luna as well as the AZ Humane Society, for animals needing emergency surgeries or medical treatments.
