She was predeceased by: her siblings, Donald Schutt, Walter Schutt and Marion Lenz. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Anthony Williams; and her sons, John (Tami Williams) and Tony (Lannette Williams). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, and in remembrance of Janice, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to Doctors Without Borders.
