She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Roxie Heussner (Matt), Heather Larsen (Lance) and William Strauss (Brooke); her grandchildren, Halen Heussner (Madi), Reagan Russell (KJ), Halle Heussner, Crew Larsen, Case Larsen, Brody Heussner, Blake Strauss, Kali Strauss, Colt Larsen, Kinley Larsen, Wyatt Strauss and Lenin Strauss; her sister Tami Johnston (Coy); her parents, Lloyd Blake and Hazel Blake; her siblings, Gary Blake, Richard Blake and Yvonne Burch; and her family Heavenly. She was also cherished by cousins became best friends.
Jan's contributions to law enforcement were numerous and significant.
