Smith (Flake), Tara P. Oakes (Flake), Rachelle L. Flake, Lyndi A. Brinkerhoff (Flake), Leslie L. Flake, Rhett J. Flake, Juddson J. Flake and Colton T. Flake; and his siblings, Gerald Flake, Stanley Flake, Kathryn Lee (Flake), Mark Flake and Norman Flake. He was also cherished by his 30 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
