He is survived by: his wife Cortnie Kuwaye; his children, Gabrianna, Chasden and Miabella; his stepchildren, Jacob, Arianna, Bella and Brennan Lueders; his son Jeff; his parents, Paul Kuwaye and Chong Pun Kim; his sisters, Naomi Carter (Kuwaye) and Stephanie Kuwaye; and his stepsiblings, David, Monique Bunel and Victoria Quibell. He is also survived by his family, friends.
