She is survived by: her son John Mercure Jr. of Mesa Arizona; her husband Dwight Cook; her sisters, Wanda Zimmerman of Ohio and Ilene Summers of West Virginia; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Daniel Cook, Emmie Lynne Cook of Surprise Arizona and Elizabeth Lee Morgan-Hewitt of Mesa Arizona. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
