With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerilyn Flake of Mesa, Arizona, who passed away on June 8, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Flake and Ethel Flake; and her nephew Jordan Jay Patten. She is survived by: her daughter Staci (Seth); her grandchildren, Alissa (Trent), Kenzie, Taft, Emily, Kayli, Amaya, Havyn and Tyson; her great grandchild Tobias; her siblings, Cindy Patten (Bob), Chuck Flake (Dori) and Jim Flake (Hope); her aunt Jer; and her close friend Donna.
