She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Moore and Michele Debski (Bradley); her granddaughter Lindsey Bruneel (Nicholas); her great grandchildren, Savannah Marie and Luka Adams Bruneel; her husband Gerald Lavin; and her sister Carol Johnson.
