He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Skank; his children, Jeffrey Mark Allensworth, Jerry Michael Allensworth and Joni Rae Allensworth; his grandchildren, Ashton Allensworth Wheeler, Kyli Rae Allensworth Wickenhauser, Melissa Kirby, Rece Allensworth and Jameson Allensworth; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Ella, Emilia Wheeler, Charlie and Luca Wickenhauser; and his sister-in-law Virginia Allensworth of Kalona. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
