He is survived by: his significant other Winona Petersen; his mother Mary Holbrook; and his children, Scott David Petersen (Nonet), Lori Hammock (Josh), Brian Wade Petersen, Kiristi Kitt-Kat Beattie (Justin) and JohnDavid Zachary Petersen. He is also survived by many friends, nieces and nephews, and other family members.
