On Monday, August 3, 2026, Juan Antonio Lujan Jr. gained his wings to meet the Lord. Anthony was born May 19, 1983, in Odessa, Texas. Anthony was a son, brother, father, and uncle for which he will always be known as "Uncle Cheese.". Anthony loved life and lived every day to the fullest. He loved the outdoors, camping, fishing, and hiking, but most of all, he loved meeting people everywhere he went.
As we celebrate your life, always know that we will always treasure the great laughs, the sad moments, and all the beautiful memories you left us with. We will never forget you, Anthony. We know that you are now in a beautiful place, happier and finally at total peace. Until we meet again, you will always be missed, loved, and forever remembered.
Anthony is survived by his mothers, Delma Diaz and Teia Ward of Killeen, TX; father, Tony Lujan; a brother, Armando Salinas and family of Killeen; a sister, Rolinda Salinas and family of Austin; four sons: Junior Lujan and Cruz Lujan of Killeen, Anthony D. Jenkins of Austin, and Noah Covos of Odessa; and many nieces and nephews.
