She was predeceased by: her husband Jack L. Strickland; her parents, Carl and Melva; her son-in-law Chris Miller; and her granddaughter Rosalinda Padilla.

She is survived by: her siblings, Dennis, Ted Gillum and Sharon Lyon; her daughters, Julie Ann Padilla (Carlos), Jodie Ann Swendson (Mike) and Jeannie Ann Wright; and her stepchildren, Jack, Deidra and Russell Strickland. She is also survived by grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
