He is survived by: his parents, Jack E. Miller and Lois A. Miller (Kling) of Amboy; his children, Kyle (Shelby Miller) of Converse, IN and Brenna Miller of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Emmalyn and Wyatt Miller of Converse, IN; his brother Brian (Raenada Miller) of Indianapolis, IN; his sibling's children, Keigen, Sam Miller and Tatum Miller of Indianapolis, IN; and his pet Maggie.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Carl Koontz Memorial Scholarship Fund at any Community First Bank of Indiana in Kelly's memory.
