He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Clark and Mary Clark. He is survived by: his wife Jessica; his children, Kermit Jr., Bernard, Pamela and Quentin; and his siblings, Mason, Marvin and Marchita. He is also survived by his four children, and four grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
