She was predeceased by: her stepfather Howard De Pree (Jay). She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Pollachioli of Abingdon, VA and Phillip Pollachioli of Charlotte, NC; her parents, Diana De Pree of Sun Lakes, AZ and Thomas Henderson; her stepmother Lynn Henderson of Atlanta, GA; her siblings, Susan McClain (Brett) of San Diego, CA, Amelia Chappell (Jason) of Decatur, GA, Claire Millburg (Tony) of Chicago, IL and Joel Henderson (Marcia) of Jeffersonville, IN; and her close friend Kevin Shafer of Mesa, AZ. She is also survived by friends and relatives.
