We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2022, at the age of 74, Laura Szakolzay of Mesa, Arizona, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Binkiwicz and Mary Binkiwicz; her husband Ronald Ernest Szakolzay; her brother Joseph Binkiwicz; and her siblings-in-law, Al Kovacs, Ann Kovacs and Margie Szakolczay.
She is survived by: her children, Carrie Polk (Andy) of Chesapeake Beach, MD, Tracy Perry (John) of Fountain Hills, AZ and Brian Szakolzay of Phoenix, AZ; her grandson Ryan Polk of Chesapeake Beach, MD; her sister Kathy Lang (Richard) of Pawley's Island, SC; and her brother-in-law Julius Szakolczay of Southbury, CT. She is also survived by her loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
