He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Ike and Elsie Ike (Borstad); his parents-in-law, Bertha and Orville Myhr; his sister Linda; his brother-in-law Bruce Campbell; his sister Sara Ike; his uncle Wendell Borstad; his siblings-in-law, Doug Rerick and Debra Ike; his son-in-law Jack Kougioulis; and his great grandchild Maddison Fode.
He is survived by: his wife Helen P. Myhr; his daughter Christi Davis (Michael); his grandchildren, Eric Kougioulis, Courage Wleh, Amber Ketelson, Jason Davis (Noelle) and Angela Poole (Michael); his daughter Lisa McLean (Joseph); his grandchildren, Jacob McLean, Nicole Lacy (Chris) and Lindsey Fode (Dawnlyn); his daughter Susan Kalarchik (Joseph); and his grandchildren, Morgan LeProwse (Jordan), Michael Kalarchik and Thomas Davis. He is also survived by the 9 grandchildren.
