He is survived by: his brother Paul Canady (Karen); his aunt Phyllis Hewitt; his nieces, Sheryl Tennant (Rob) and Shawn Gamble (John); his nephew Scott Canady; his cousins, Holly Erickson (Jo Abel), Carol Anderson and Marvin Tuffs (Donna Anderson); and his close friends, Roy and Jani Ehlers.

Memorials are suggested to Shriner's Hospital for Children.
