It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Janet Jordon of Mesa, Arizona, born in Shannon, Mississippi, who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her fathers, William Henry Price and Walter Queen Stith Price; her siblings, Toussaint Price, William H. Price Jr., VanHorne N. Price and Rosemary Price Jackson; and her granddaughter Kathleen J. Griffin.
She is survived by: her husband Harvey Clifton Jordon, Sr. of Mesa, Arizona; her children, Wanda Faye Jordon of Tempe, Arizona, Shelia Dian Jewell (Thomas) of Chandler, Arizona, Margaret Ann (David) of Lansdale, Pennsylvania, Pamela Queen Jordon Woodard of Alameda, California, Felicia Janet Brown (Robert) of Lakewood, California and Harvey Clifton; and her sister Queen Annis Tripp of Chicago, Illinois. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
