He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Spadafore and Edith Angela Galluzzi; and his sister Victoria Ensroth (Vicki). He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Frank (Adrienne) of Puyallup, Michael (Dana) of Phoenix and Anthony of Phoenix; his grandsons, Connor and Kyle of Puyallup; his siblings, Linda Rice of Fraser and Dino of Clinton Township; and his aunt Rita Spadafore of Gilbert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, & loving cousins.
