She is survived by: her sons, Ryan and Shaun; her siblings, Elaine Emiline, John P Levonick Jr. and Richard T. Levonick of Osceola Mills; her significant other Dennis Linnell; her significant other's children, Julie Hyde (Dennis), Jill Templeton, Ryan Dale (Kendra) and Shaun Dale (Elena); her grandchildren, Kyle, Bryn Hyde, Savannah, Nicholas, Van Templeton, Aubrey, Braxton Dale, Jack and Alex Dale; and her great grandchild Jace Templeton.
