He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Trina Lee, Linda Vanden Bosch, Adam Donaldson-Lee, Daniel Whitehouse and Kara Whitehouse; his father Myron Lee; his siblings, Raymond Lee, Manual Angel, Celia Angel, Robert Allen Jenkins, James Jenkins, Nanette Perkey, Myla Lee, Tim Lee, David Lee, Susan Olson and Ronald Lee; and his great grandchildren, Addy Vanden Bosch, Karrigan Stein, Logan Stein, Malachi Vanden Bosch, Samantha Utter, Raecyn Vanden Bosch, Elijah Hurst, Taggart Vanden Bosch, Julian Hurst, Primrose Stein, Zavenna Vanden Bosch, Amanda Jean Parks and Tucker Vanden Bosch. He is also survived by his family, especially his kids, grandkids.
