She was predeceased by: her parents, Perrine Lee and Lottie Elaine Childress; her sister Suzanne Morris Lows; and her niece Joni Morris. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Kenney and Jan Clay (Robert); her grandchildren, Sarah and Samuel Kenney; her pet Rocko Clay; and her sibling's children, Carol Schneider (Tom), Roy Morris (Sheri) and Kurt Morris (Jennifer). She is also survived by four great-nieces and two great-nephews, four great-great nephews, and three great-great nieces.
